(1 June 2020)The Tokyo American Club reopens today for members who have paid for two months of membership but have not been able to access the weight rooms, squash courts, the restaurants, bowling alley, and other facilities in the club.
You will have you temperature checked on entry. You’ll have to wear a mask inside the facility at all times, even when you exercise. However, members report that they have to book time to get into the gym. With a limit of 3 visits a week, it could be a challenge for the serious fitness buff.
What’s you take on the reopening? What could TAC do better? For whomever is making these decisions and what would you suggest they change?
Tokyo American Club is owned by its members. Yet, the club really does not seem to be accessible despite its reopening.
You may want to comment on the Facebook page of TAC, but a quick search of FB won’t find any decision makers listed on the platform.
What is your experience so far with the newly reopened TAC? Please feel free to share this site with others.
Making a better Tokyo American Club (MABT) is a multi-member website dedicated to making sure members get value from their experience and to be a voice of Supportive TAC members.
